Step 1

Heat the oven to 180°C

Step 2

Grease the baking tin 20x20cm with vegetable oil

Step 3

Mix sugar, unsweetened applesauce and water

Step 4

Mix the ground flaxseed with water and add to the apple sauce mix together with the vanilla extract

Step 5

Mix the flour, bakingpowder, salt, pure cocoa powder, fondant chocolate and optionally chopped pecans or walnut, and add to the apple sauce mix

Step 6

Pour it into the baking tin and bake for 40 minutes

Step 7

If you want it firmer, bake a little longer

Step 8

Let it cool before cutting
